Shipping & Returns

All online orders are dispatched Monday to Friday.

We aim to dispatch all orders (with the exception of custom orders) within one business day. Courier delivery is approximately 4-6 business days.  

What are the shipping costs?

New Zealand: Free shipping for all items over $100 (via courier 1-3 business days once dispatched) for all orders. For any purchase under $100 there is a $15.00 shipping fee.

Please allow extra days for delivery to rural addresses. 

NB: we do not ship to PO Boxes so please provide a physical address during checkout. 

Worldwide: Please contact us on sales@thegreenboutique.co.nz for a quote on freight.

International deliveries: For purchases outside of New Zealand you may be required to pay duty tax on your orders. We do not offer refunds if you refuse the package due to customs charges.    Please double check your shipping address is correct as we cannot be held responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect delivery details. Any taxes, duty or other fees incurred on arrival will be the responsibility of the customer

Returns

We want you to love your purchase but understand that sometimes this is not the case.

Contact us at sales@thegreenboutique.co.nz to start the replacement process.  Moemoe will email you a form to complete and arrange a collection of the faulty product.  We will meet with our manufacturing team to assess the product. 

Please make sure your product is packaged in a box to avoid further damage.  Return your item with the completed form emailed to you to the following address;

Under NZ law, you are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality.

Our warranties do not cover; change of mind, incorrectly laundered items, items where the tags have been removed, damage caused by neglect or misuse or general wear and tear.

Please email sales@thegreenboutique.co.nz notifying us that you wish to return an item including the invoice number and the reason for returning it.  

Once we have received the returned products we will notify you by email of your exchange or refund entitlement.
